Referral system
What is the visibility of the requested references?
The references you request are not visible to companies on the platform, until the companies have contacted you for a specific assignment.

The references you solicit choose whether or not they can be contacted when they confirm your profile.

In the event that they choose not to be, then their contact information does not appear in the profile presented to companies.

Is it mandatory to have verified references?
Given our platform’s promise to present certified manager profiles, references appear to be a major element of manag-in certification.
It is therefore important to have at least 3 confirmed references in order to be offered to companies.
How do I indicate an experiment that is still in progress?
Leave the end date blank. The mention “in progress” will be displayed instead of the end date
I can't find my job
The names for the same position often vary from one company to another, so it is advisable to choose the position closest to your experience. If you really don’t find it, don’t hesitate to contact us on the contact form. Our base is constantly evolving…
I can't find my job or my sector
All existing sectors are well planned on the platform. Regarding your position, we advise you to select the position(s) closest to your experience.
I can't get my profile 100%
To reach 100%, you must follow the notifications indicated in your personal space, including your references, your ID card, your experience, diplomas and language certificate if necessary.
I can't change my ADR
From “my profile” (left-hand menu in your personal space), select the 3 small dots (…) in the “my information” and “About my missions” box.
I got the wrong email address for a reference
All you have to do is make a new request from your personal space (“my references”). Your old request will remain in your pending request history, but without consequence.
I don't have a language certificate
No obligation to add them to your profile. It’s a plus if you have it. The same goes for your diplomas… You can, however, add references and experiences to complete your profile.

I need to correct information
You can change all your information from your personal area. To do this, simply select the 3 small dots (…) in the “my information” box. You then have access to modify your languages, diplomas, missions or your company. As for the other information, select it directly from the menus “my experience”, “my references” or “my functions”.
I want to improve my efficiency in responding to offers
The Manag-in platform is not a platform for mission offers submitted by companies, but a direct, 100% digital networking platform that allows companies to find the ideal manager. All you have to do is register for free.
I want to delete my account
